How do you tell you are doing bhops? If you are talking about bhop servers with the server-sided bhop plugin that you just hold down the spacebar and gain speed then i assume its ok. I generally go 10-15 hops without screwing up on spacebar over mousewheel, which i only get 4-8. What i normally do is listen for the sound of one footstep, and if i hear only one, that's a sound cue to know i did it right. He mentioned a mouse wheel script, but my google-fu is failing me and all I get are rocket jump scripts, pre-2009 scripts.
